A collaborative piece modeling the behavior of ferrofluids, ferrous particles suspended in liquid responding to a magnetic field. The goal was to reproduce that behavior parametrically in Grasshopper using custom C# script components.

My contribution was the attraction logic, defining how a single attractor influences a point field, then extending it to 3D volumes by subdividing surfaces, translating their midpoints toward the attractor, and re-extruding. The parent object becomes a volumetric cloud of points whose collective displacement shapes the whole form.
