Chair + Table
A first project building (and, in this case, restoring) something at human scale and for human use.
Chair: Rescuing this chair from the engineering school basement was a very fun experience! My first attempt at restoration of a Herman Miller Eames scholastic chair, originally outfitted for basement engineering classrooms, for personal use.
Table: Using legs from springmodern.com and a pocket-hole jig, I built a table based on a mid-century modern design.
CONCRETE
Experiments with pouring and setting concrete! Molds include a cork coaster, fast food container, and Macbook Pro packaging.
